Hot Sauce Marinated Panko Breaded Fried Chicken Extraordinaire

I added salt and pepper and Tony's to the hot sauce and marinated for a few hours.

Add tons of salt, pepper, cayenne, whatever you want to the flour. I used Tony's Chachere's.




Heat oil over medium heat. Fry chicken till the crust is a deep golden brown. Check the doneness of the chicken.
